The following rates are for financial institutions who are interested in participating in the Treasurer's various deposit programs. The rates quoted herein are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change without notice. The Treasurer reserves the right to establish rate floors for the linked deposit programs. As of October 2007, the floor is 2 percent for all but two linked deposit programs. The floor for Green Rewards is .25 percent. The rate for Citizen Soldiers is always 1 percent. To establish the terms of a state deposit, the financial institution must contact the Banking Division Time Deposit Section at
(217) 782-2071 to speak with an authorized representative.
